Condor conducts surveys for sensitive plants and animals for small and large projects. Site conditions, plant communities, and habitat suitability are evaluated to determine the likelihood of occurrence at the project site. Condor develops habitat restoration plans and manages their implementation. Our work is based on more than 30 years of experience with large scale revegetation efforts. We are experienced in the planning and implementation of restoration of oak woodlands, native grasslands, wetlands, and riparian corridors, and other habitats.

Our methods include: careful examination of similar sites, historical research, study of soils, hydrology, geologic formations, and botanical and wildlife surveys.
